Richard worked for the Internal Revenue Service for 40 years, serving in many capacities including a Revenue Agent auditing both small and Fortune 500 taxpayers. He also served as a program analyst, manager, and senior program manager. He was known as an innovative and passionate leader receiving the Midwest Regional Commissioner’s award and the LB&I Commissioner’s award. Richard has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1979. He is also an Enrolled Agent and Notary Public. Richard received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 1976.
